Ok, so you’ve unpacked your red light wellbeing device. The first thing you need to do is position it in a quiet space in your home, somewhere you won’t be disturbed. The Black special edition comes with a carry handle, a stand and a pulley system door hanging kit.  If hanging off a wall you will need to use a wall plug and strong screw or fixing suited to hanging heavy objects. Make sure you are near to a power supply.

How Close to Stand To The Device

The closer you are to the device, the higher the intensity of the light. This means the more energy you are receiving in terms of light photons reaching your skin.  You firstly need to consider the specific benefit you would like to focus on. Remember these are just guidelines and we strongly recommend you do your own research and also see how your body reacts to theses suggestions. Enjoy!

For rejuvenating your skin we recommend being at a distance approximately 50cm from device for 10 min.  Over time you can build your treatment time up to 10 minutes but in your first few uses your skin can get a little flushed skin so it is best to build up your treatment times gradually.

Treatment can be repeated up to twice a day.

Deeper Tissue

For deeper conditions such as Joint Inflammation, soft tissue and muscle repair stand 30cm from device for 10 min.

This allows the lights to penetrate deeper and reach some of your muscles and organs.  Remember, the closer you are to the light, the higher the intensity. 

Treatment can be repeated up to twice a day.
